I hold a B.A in Counseling and Health Psychology and Public and Global Health from Emmanuel College. I completed my undergraduate internship at a local holistic medicine practice. I am currently  a student at the Maryland University of Integrative Health where I am completing my M.S in Functional Nutrition and Integrative Health. I am a  Certified Birth Doula and Perinatal Nutritional Educator through the International Doula Institute and am also a Certified Reiki Master.

Each of us have the answers that we need within us. My job is to merely guide you and enhance your ability to listen to your intuition. I do not believe in a one size fits all approach and all of myself services are uniquely tailored towards you. 

Everyone deserves to live their life to the fullest in their most true and pure form. It is my deepest desire to make this possible for everybody! All of my services are designed to be accessible and enjoyed by individuals of varying backgrounds. Every single service can be tailored to serve exactly who YOU are because who YOU are matters!
